Refund Policy

I understand that there are no refunds offered after the commencement of classes or within 4 weeks before start of the classes.

I understand that there will be no refunds or discount for missed classes.

If due to any reason a refund is arranged, it can take up to 7-10 business days to be returned to the cardholder.

Instalment Policy

I understand that if I enrol to instalment payment option I have to fully pay the remaining instalments, regardless of any circumstances.

Missed Class Policy

I understand that Young Engineers Greater Metro Perth is unable to offer make up classes, refunds or discounts for missed classes. This ensures Young Engineers Greater Metro Perth can maintain a stable learning environment for all students with minimum class disruptions. Venues and teachers are also hired based on full term periods.

Minimum Enrolment Period

The minimum enrolment period is one term. For new students joining after the start of a term, fees will be charged pro-rata.

Change of Information

I agree to inform Young Engineers Greater Metro Perth when any details previously stated on the enrolment form have changed during the year. In particular contact details, health issues and emergency contact details.

Medical

In case of accidental injury or incident, I authorise any necessary medical treatment and agree to cover any expenses that may be incurred.

I warrant that my child is not presently receiving treatment for any illness, disorder or injury which would render it unsafe for my child to take part in Young Engineers Greater Metro Perth classes.

Casual Booking Policy

I understand that bookings & payment are taken for full term periods. This is because room hire, teachers’ employment & the number of classes we run need to be arranged for an entire term. Therefore, we cannot take casual bookings or pro-rata weeks if you may be away. Students enrolling after commencement of Term will be charged a pro rata rate for the current term.

Payment Policy

I understand that I am responsible for full payment of program fees prior to my child/children attending. Failure to make payment may result in my child/children being withdrawn.

Cancelation and Timetable

Young Engineers Greater Metro Perth reserves the right to cancel or change the timetable and pricing structure at any point in time. Class times, duration & locations may vary depending on final numbers.

Payments

I understand that payments should be done through a third party provider or in some cases direct bank transfer and any additional bank fees will be my responsibility.

Pick Up Punctuality

I understand that punctual pick up from class is a requirement of the program and a penalty of $10 per every 15 minutes I am late to pick up my child is applied. I also understand that Young Engineers Greater Metro Perth reserves the right to cancel my child’s enrolment where this requirement of punctual pick up from class is not being met.

Disciplinary Actions

I accept that Young Engineers Greater Metro Perth reserves the right to refuse admission to any person that presents a disciplinary problem to staff or a threat to the safety and wellbeing of other children. Unacceptable language or bullying will under no circumstances be tolerated and will result in the child being removed from the class with no refund.

Young Engineers Greater Metro Perth expects appropriate and positive behaviour from their students at all times. When these expectations are not met I accept that Young Engineers Greater Metro Perth will discuss behaviour issues with the parent/ guardian. If inappropriate behaviour continues and poses threat, harm or continued disruption to others, the student will be asked to leave the program.

Privacy Policy

I acknowledge that my personal information will be stored in accordance with current privacy legislation.

Damage Fine

I understand that should my child/re damage any of the kits I will replace it for a fee of up to $250.

Drop off and pick up to class

Students are only supervised by a Young Engineers Greater Metro Perth instructor during their actual lesson time. I understand that as a parent/guardian I am required to supervise my child/Children before and after class, and drop off and collect their child from the classroom.
